What is Microneedling? Microneedling also know as collagen inducation therapy is designed to stimulate the skin's own collagen formation to create healthy, bright, and vibrant looking skin. It can be used to improve hyperpigmentation, sun damage, wrinkles, texture, sagging skin, uneven skin tone, stretch marks, and acne scars.

How long does the treatment last and how many will I need?

In depth consultations are required for this treatment. The appointment lasts an hour with 25-30 minutes of numbing prior to the treatment. The number of treatments needed depend on which skin condition(s) you are wishing to treat. Usually a 3-6 treatment package is recommended to start.

Is the procedure painful?

You will be numbing for 30 minutes prior to starting the procedure and you will feel no intense pain but rather just a tingling from the numbness of your face.

What can I expect after the treatment?

Within 24-72 hours you will experience erythema (redness), mild swelling, and a warm feeling on the face that may resemble a sunburn. Usually no major event or sun exposure is recommended prior and after your treatment.
