Possibly the best facial I’ve ever had. I’ve had IPLs, facials and PRPs done in LA and Vanessa facial made my skin look like I just had ALL that done in one. My skin was so hydrated, pores clean and right, smooth and just over all rejuvenated. She educated you on your skin and was very calming and amazing! Will definitely be back!

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES:

RECOGNIZING THAT EVERYONE’S TIME IS VALUABLE AND APPOINTMENT TIMES CAN BE LIMITED ESPECIALLY ON WEEKENDS, WE ASK THAT YOU PROVIDE A 48 HOUR NOTICE IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO KEEP YOUR APPOINTMENT. 
 
VSB RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHARGE 50% OF THE SERVICE PRICE FOR ANY BOOKED APPOINTMENT THAT IS CANCELLED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE APPOINTMENT AND FULL PRICE FOR NO SHOWS.
 
RESCHEDULES WILL BE CHARGED A $50 FEE IF DONE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. 
 
IF YOU FAIL TO CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT VIA TEXT CONFIRMATION 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT VSB RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL  AND CHARGE THE CANCELLATION FEE. 
 
IF YOU ARE LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT BY 15 MINUTES OR FOR HALF OF THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME, YOU WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE SERVICE PRICE AND YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED.
 
ANY CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULE OR “NO SHOW” FEE MAY NOT BE APPLIED TOWARDS OTHER SERVICES OR PRODUCTS. THE APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED AND YOU MUST REBOOK.
 
 
MULTIPLE “NO SHOW’S” AND CONSTANT RESCHEDULES OR CANCELLATIONS WILL RESULT IN TERMINATION FROM THE PRACTICE. 
 
 
VSB DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, OR PACKAGES.
 

APPOINTMENT RESERVATIONS:

TO HOLD A RESERVATION YOU MUST PROVIDE A VALID CREDIT CARD AND HAVE IT REMAIN ON FILE AS LONG AS YOU ARE A VSB CLIENT. THIS APPLIES EVEN IF YOU INTEND TO PAY WITH A GIFT CARD OR DISCOUNT CODE. VSB WILL NOT CHARGE YOUR CARD UNLESS YOU FAIL TO FOLLOW THE CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY. 

FINDING THE MED SPA - VSB IS LOCATED INSIDE THE BUILDING CALLED BEAUTY DIVISION AND THE SUITE NUMBERS ARE 306 AND 109. IT IS LOCATED NEXT TO WORLD MARKET. AT THE LOBBY YOU WILL PRESS 306 ON THE DIAL SYSTEM AND THE GREEN CALL BUTTON TO LET US KNOW YOU HAVE ARRIVED.
